Exchanges and Returns

Do you want to exchange or return a product? You can do this quickly and easily within three steps!


You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we will take care of it
that the purchase amount must be paid within five working days after receipt of the
return shipment is on your account.


Easy returns in three simple steps:


Step 1: complete the return form


Download the return form here and fill it in completely.


Step 2: send your order


Send the items together with the completed returns form to the address at
the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code.
As a broadcaster you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings
to arise.


Step 3: receive the purchase amount on your bank account


Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded
will be back in your bank account within five working days.
